Heading to Portland for 1 night for a business function with a colleague. Tried a variety of permutations/combinations using betterbidding.com PRICELINE link; ended at $135/night - $166.23 including taxes & fees. Appears I slightly overbid - Crowne Plaza website is showing rates from $131. Nonetheless, deals in downtown PDX are harder to come by so this is fine. Will report back on this hotel after my stay.

Sorry to see this doesn't appear to be much of a deal, but can't say where the bidding may have gone awry without knowing the specifics of which zones/star ratings you added/changed and at what prices.

 

Looks like the current hotel rate is $127/nite so you may be able to contact PRICELINE and get $8 refunded back to you.

Have stayed at that hotel many times, for often a great rate.  Love the hotel, and location.  Best I ever got was about $45, so a good deal can be had at this property.
