Would someone who was new to PL have better success getting a 4* hotel at a particular rate compared to a veteran PL customer who has show a history of winning bids at a particular location, date, etc.? Or, are the bids accepted independent of your bidding history, success rate, etc.?Thanks!Dave Link to comment
