Priceline Hotel: Looking for a 3 stars or more in Times Square area for 3 nights from 6.6 - 6.9 BUT NO LUCK

Hi!

I'm looking for a 3 stars or more hotel in Times Square area June 6-9.  My budget is $150/night and so far I haven't had much luck with it.  

I'm open to expanding my search to include other areas and I increased my budget to 170$/night and still no luck!

till last week I saw the prices in the area for 4 stars hotels was 110$-150$, there is a special event in this days in NY?
