Priceline Hotel: 4* Phoenix (North Scottsdale) Hyatt Regency Scottsdale Resort and Spa

Using PRICELINE EXPRESS, I am finding this 4 Star Hotel in North Scottsdale Area for $204/night. I was thinking Hyatt, but the hotel list here says Hyatt is Scottsdale, not North Scottsdale. Could this be Westin? It is rated 9/10 and a "guest favorite". The original price it is showing is $378 and there is a $29 resort fee. Any thoughts? Thanks :)

My guess would be the Hyatt.

Evanator - I am glad you posted this.  I have/had the exact same question.  It's showing 9+ in North Scottsdale, but all signs point to Hyatt (which is listed as Central Scottsdale).  Thanks for the data point.

The zone boundaries have recently changed... the Priceline Hotel List has already been updated to reflect the new zone for this property.
