This is a holiday weekend and the start of the high season for CS hotel rates. Several properties were already showing no vacancies on Expedia and Orbitz. So I bid about where I'd seen other successful bids and was prepared to go up with free rebids. Surprise.Best rate on Sheraton's website for those dates was $119/night.2 nights @ $55 = $110 + $19.51 taxes & fees = $129.51.
