Priceline Hotel: london gatwick airport hotel - 25th march (one night)

trying to sort out the travel arrangements and tried to book an airport hotel for march 25th with priceline

first bid - 4* $80 - rejected

second bid - using luton as free bid zone (only 2/3 stars here) - $85 rejected

was hoping for the sofitel - which is the new name for the meridien that was often won for around $70

will try again soon :)

Hi Michele,

You may have to go a bit higher but in my opinion it is worth a bit more. Relatives of mine won it last year for about $92 + taxes and fees. Not seen any sign that the Sofitel is up for grabs but good to see what happens with your bids.

the location is what makes this hotel worth a tad more - we stayed there when it was the meridien

so fingers crossed and will try again when my 72 hours are up
