Hotwire Hotel: Help with hotel ID Los Angeles area

I have three listings on Hotwire and am having trouble figuring out what they are. Days of travel are 11/13-11/16.

 

1) Redondo Beach area boutique hotel, 4 stars, business center, internet, restaurant, boutique hotel, $173 per night ($254 crossed out)

 

2) Redondo Beach area hotel, 4 stars, Free Internet, Business, restaurant, $169 per night

 

3) Venice - Marina del Rey boutique hotel, 4 stars, Free Internet, Restaurant, Business, boutique hotel, $213 per night

Please provide a follow-up for your prior Towson Hotwire thread (post what you decided for that stay within that thread, then reply to this thread and we would be happy to take a look and try to ID the above listing.)

1. Redondo 4* $173 Boutique, Near Beach, Restaurant, Pool, Fitness, Hi-Speed Internet, Business, Blind Accessible, Deaf Accessible, Travel Accessible, Room Accessible, Bathroom Accessible, Handicapped Parking, Roll-in Shower

 

- If so, likely the Portofino w/a slightly different amenity set.

 

2. Redondo 4* $169 Near Beach, Restaurant, Pool, Fitness, Smoke Free, Free Internet, Hi-Speed Internet, Business, Laundry, Tennis, Spa, Blind Accessible, Deaf Accessible, Travel Accessible, Room Accessible, Bathroom Accessible, Handicapped Parking, Roll-in Shower

-- Not yet ID'd, but a guess would be a new amenity set for the Crowne Plaza

 

3. Venice 4* $213 Boutique, Restaurant, Pool, Free Internet, Hi-Speed Internet, Business, Deaf Accessible, Travel Accessible, Room Accessible, Bathroom Accessible, Handicapped Parking

-- I'll guess the Marina Del Rey hotel may have been downgraded to 4* from 4.5*.
