I declined Added another zone - Crabtree (based on hotel prices there, figured I would end up with RDU hotel) and bid $65 - won. Total with taxes and fees $81Hotel lowest listed rate is $109 so I'm happy. Used Priceline link as always.

For the future note (as per the comments at the top of the hotel lists) that you shouldn't use the Hotel Lists to determine your re-bid zones, as you could easily end up in an area that you didn't intend. The only method that should be use to determine your re-bid zones is Priceline Re-Bidding Explained... feel free to ask any questions you may have in this regard.
