Priceline Hotel: Bidding help - Boston Nov 15-17, 2 rooms

Hi,

We're 4 people going to Boston from Nov 15-17 and we're looking to bid for anything having 2.5* or more... (preferably 3.5* or more, but we care more about the location and price).

Location: near Downtown Boston - I suppose we'd bid on Boston Common-Theatre District, Fanueil Hall-North End-Waterfront, Cambridge-Waterfront, if needed would expand this to Waterfront Area-Convention Center (step 2) and Cambridge-Harvard, Copley Square-Back Bay (step 3).

We'd like to have 2 rooms (each 2 pax) and pay up to 400-450 USD (incl taxes and fees) total.

 

Do you think this is feasible and/or have any tips and suggestions?

Please provide a follow-up for your prior London Priceline thread (post what you decided for that stay within that thread, then reply to this thread and we would be happy to look into the above stay.)

 

Also, for the above stay, is your budget $400-450 total for both rooms or for each room?

the London thread was updated (I did not report anything at the time because I did not book trough Priceline in the end)

The $450-500 USD would be a total for both rooms

Please remember to follow-up your threads with your wins/decisions as you make them (even if you don't ultimately use PRICELINE / HOTWIRE, cancel the trip, book direct, etc) as this help keep the board better organized and more useful for everyone... as well as being a courtesy to anyone who took the time to help with your travel plans.

It's not clear if you have listed your budget for two rooms for both nites OR for each nite... please let us know your budget per room, per nite, and before taxes and fees and we will have a look at your options for these dates.

Unfortunately, my trip was just cancelled... I will have to wait for the next opportunity to try Price.line :(
