May be a new listing for this zone as I had only seen two 3.5* hotels on the Marina zone list (Wyndham and Embasssy). A little disappointed to be so far from the water (for a "marina" zone) compared to the others--kind of in the "panhandle" of the zone :P . Still, looks like a nice hotel.
