yellowdog
Best guess would be The New Tropicana Las Vegas. Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases... or thru our sister site MAPS and HOTELS.com for your regular rate purchases. Keep us updated on your progress and let us know what you ultimately decide or if we can be of further help. Yellowdog. Link to comment
PrivatePyle
Thanks, not something we would want. Our budget is $50-$60 per night without taxes and fees. Don't think they have any good 4* ones in the south strip area for this price range. Looks like our best bet is Treasure Island on strip north. PL express has it at $64 and Hot.Wire has it at $59 if I am guessing it right. I am also bidding on PRICELINE for strip area north zone. Gone up to $52, still no win. Will keep you posted. thereuare
If Tresuare Island works for your needs and is within your budget... why not that that one thru HOTWIRE? (or risk it disappearing while you wait for a lower price or something better to come along) Once you're ready to commit to a purchase for this stay feel free to list the amenities HOTWIRE associates with the hotel you want to purchase and we will try to confirm your thoughts on the offered hotel. PrivatePyle
I am just being greedy here. Hoping PRICELINE bidding will beat the Hot.wire price. Does it usually work this way - as in priceline exress deals more expensive than priceline bidding? Or they both about the same always? Link to comment
AaronJB
PRICELINE EXPRESS deals are usually slightly-to-moderately more expensive than bidding, given the more opaque nature of bidding. Please keep us updated with what you decide and let us know if you have additional questions. thereuare
Thanks, not something we would want.Hoping PRICELINE bidding will beat the HOTWIRE price. If you bid on PRICELINE, how do you avoid any of the 4* hotels in the zone that you may not want? (ie- is the SLS Las Vegas acceptable??)
