we had to change our tickets for our trip as my daughter is in battle of the books in feb/march,

going next week as of today!

Have to fly to Maui and want to stay for 2 nights with car before heading to kona.

Any suggestions?

Thanks for your help.

Since this is a few days away I don't have alot of time to do this

So is this actually 1/18-1/20?

Are you looking for a package deal (that you posted both Hotel and Car Rental in the same thread) or can they booked individually?

What is your maximum budget for this leg of the trip and what star rating are you seeking?

I assume you already have plans for 1/20-1/22, as i don't see those dates included in your current set of dates.

We are now firm on these dates. With it 16 below here, Hawaii sounds good.

We can do the hotel/car separately.

I think something on the beach would be good, and I would like something maybe in the $100-$150 range. Of course, that may be too low.

Usually I start at the highest star rating and work down to a 3.

If I bid, I probably only get one chance with it being so close.

We are flying to Kona on the 20th and going to Hilo for 2 nights before we go to the Kona side.

The rest of the dates are flexible as to exactely where we stay.

Thank you.

would like to stay in the Kaanapali area. We get in 8:30 pm first night, and want to spend the next day at beach before flying to Kona. Lahina would also be okay.

Thank you for sharing your results... glad you got some of this last minute stay settled.

Was this your first bid in this zone? If not, you do you recall the amount of your highest previously rejected bid in this zone at this star level?

Enjoy your stay and trip.

I first tried the Kaanapali-Lahina zone for resorts and bid $131, probably too low.

got rejected.

asked for a 3*, bid $109 and got it accepted first time.

even though I have used Priceline before several times, I am still on my learning curve.
