Bid to $49 3* Loop, range of previous success with Hyatt Printer's Row, no. New bid for $50 4* Loop & River North, no; added NMA @ $48 (Hyatt NMA pricepoint), no; $54 for all 3 zones and received counteroffer for $69. Changed parameters (added no-risk zone) and upped $2 and got the Palmer House. Note that Evanston now is a no-risk rebid for 3* as they showed only 2.5* max for our dates. Convention traffic has apparently knocked out PL/Hotwire starting 10/10.
