Hoping for assistance on new 5 Star rated hotel in Buckhead.  4.5 star was always The Intercontinental but now I have a choice between 4.5 with  business center fitness center internet pool pet friendly self sewrvice laundry

andsmoke free rooms

 

5* Room with same amenities take away pet friendly add spa services

 

is this The intercontinental just playing and offering different tiered rooms?
