Hi,

My dates are Apr 11 -14.

Last night I saw one 3* Midtown Central for $108/nt.

Features: Free Breakfast, Free Internet, Business Center, Pet Friendly, 90% recommended, 4/5 on traveladvisor

It matches Holiday Inn Exp 5th Ave on your Midtown Central list. When I decided to book and submitted the payment, I was told the hotel was booked by others. I was on that rate page for about one hour before I submitted the payment. When I did new search after that, the exact same feature hotel is not showing any more. Will this rate come back in these days? or once it's gone, it is really gone?

currently, there is another for $103/nt, 3* Midtown Central. Features: Restaurant, Business Center, Internet Access. Traveladvisor 3.5/5.

Is this Wellington Hotel?

Thanks.

Sometimes listings do run out of inventory before they are removed and you will see a "no longer available" message when attempting to purchase. Unfortunately, there's no way to know if the hotel will decide to add more inventory or not.

The 3* MTC amenities are very common, but the Wellington would be a possibility in this case.

Till now, I still didn't see that hotel shows up again. The most reason I picked that one is Free Breakfast. If the other 3* one will be Wellington,  most likely I won't go for it.

Now I changed my plan. I found 4*+ hotels in Financial district on weekend (Apr 11-12) is really cheap. $103/nt for 4*, $111/nt for 4.5*. So I will do Apr 11 - 2NT in Financial District, and then Apr 13 in-1NT in Midtown Central (currently $88/nt for 3* or $96/nt + $25 resort fee for 3.5*  ).

My question for you is: Is this the best timing to book already? or I should wait even more closer to check in date to get an awesome deal?

Thanks.
