  1. 95% recommended Free Internet Fitness Center Business Center Smoke-free rooms Restaurants Self-service laundry Tripadvisor 4/5
  2. Thank you. I got my hotels confirmed. Apr 11 -12, 4* Club Quaters Wall Street, $102/nt (posted HERE) Free Internet Smoke Free Fitness Restaurant Business Laundry Hi-Speed Internet Apr 13, 3* Wellington Hotel, $88/nt Restaurant Business Hi-Speed Internet It's already an awesome deal for me!
  3. Till now, I still didn't see that hotel shows up again. The most reason I picked that one is Free Breakfast. If the other 3* one will be Wellington, most likely I won't go for it. Now I changed my plan. I found 4*+ hotels in Financial district on weekend (Apr 11-12) is really cheap. $103/nt for 4*, $111/nt for 4.5*. So I will do Apr 11 - 2NT in Financial District, and then Apr 13 in-1NT in Midtown Central (currently $88/nt for 3* or $96/nt + $25 resort fee for 3.5* ). My question for you is: Is this the best timing to book already? or I should wait even more closer to check in date to get an awesome deal? Thanks.
  4. Hi, My dates are Apr 11 -14. Last night I saw one 3* Midtown Central for $108/nt. Features: Free Breakfast, Free Internet, Business Center, Pet Friendly, 90% recommended, 4/5 on traveladvisor It matches Holiday Inn Exp 5th Ave on your Midtown Central list. When I decided to book and submitted the payment, I was told the hotel was booked by others. I was on that rate page for about one hour before I submitted the payment. When I did new search after that, the exact same feature hotel is not showing any more. Will this rate come back in these days? or once it's gone, it is really gone? currently, there is another for $103/nt, 3* Midtown Central. Features: Restaurant, Business Center, Internet Access. Traveladvisor 3.5/5. Is this Wellington Hotel? Thanks.
  5. I saw hotwire had 3* for $43, but no free internet & no breakfast. It had 4* for $58 with internet & breakfast. So I chose this one and got Hotel Real Parque. I even tried Priceline for 3-4* from $35-$50/nt, but no success. I went to this hotel official site and check the rate, it lists for $90/nt and requires min. 3 nights stay. Booking.com has it for $75/night. It's not a best best deal, but ok for me.
  6. started 4* San Jose, add cupertino & sunnyvale for $55-$60, tried 3*+, failed too. finally, got Radisson for 3*. not really like this hotel. I don't think it's the BEST deal. But accepted anyways.
  7. I didn't expect I will win. I was planning for Champs Elysees 4*. I bid till $125 for champs elysees. and just a good try for adding La defense for under $100. finally, got Pullman Paris La Defense. Hotel.com selling for $170, so it should be a good deal.
  8. I checked Hotels.com or Expedia, all 4 stars hotels at the same areas cost more than $220+. Maybe I will wait little bit close to departure to book. Thanks for your advice.
  9. I chose the areas: 1. Paris (La Defense - Neuilly), 2. Paris (Champs Elysees - Opera Quarter West) Must be 4* or higher. I tried: La Defense, 4stars, $90 failed Champs Elysees, 4stars, $120 failed Champs Elysees, 5stars, 130 failed I saw the posts for Aug or Sep check in, most ppl can get deal for 4 stars Champs Elysees for around $110 - $120. But no one post for Oct. Is it still too early to bid for Oct? My budget is $100 - $130. Is it too low?? Please advise. Thanks.
