I'm not certain of either, but the 4.5* may be the Nh Barbizon Palace... for the 4* my guess would be the Hotel Amsterdam De Roode Leeuw.

I bid $124/nt for a 5 star hotel in this zone. 

FYI, there was no option of bidding for a 4-1/2 star property in this zone. 

When that bid was rejected I opted for the 4-1/2 star PRICELINE EXPRESS at $104/nt -- hoping for the Nh Barbizon Palace--

and that's what I got.
