Anyone know this hotel? I am looking for an Embassy Suites for Monday night, relatively close to Reliant Arena.

I got Houston downtown convention center holiday inn express as a. hotwire 3 star instead of 2.5 star for $113 on 12/29/14 with these amenities:

Free parking

Free breakfast

Free Internet

Indoor pool(s)

Fitness center

Pool(s)

Business center

Self-service laundry

I was disappointed that hotel would not let me pay for a suite upgrade.

I believe there may have been more amenities than you listed in your post, which would not have been seen unless you clicked the 'See all' link during the check-out process.

Can you please add a reply to this thread confirming the full list of amenities associated with this property (including any 'accessible' amenities)... you can still view this information by going to HOTWIRE and clicking the MY ACCOUNT link near the top right of their home page.

Also, was this for last nite (12/28) as per your topic title OR tonite (12/29) as per your last post? Did you call and ask on the phone regarding an upgrade to a suite OR have you checked-in and asked at the front desk?
