Thanks for your hint- I plan tocheck with hotel ahead of time to be sure of availabilty but they still could limit the # of rooms to Hotwire I am guessing. My date is 6/9 with 1.6 people per room.

All rooms at a hotel are not offered for sale thru the discount services, i don't think calling the hotel will gain you any useful insight.

Do you need all rooms to be at the same hotel, or if it was split between 2-3 different properties would that be acceptable?
