3* Inn at Marina Del Rey is likely.

3.5* Boutique - I'm guessing this may be the Erwin with a slightly different amenity set than has been previously reported.

Thanks for your help. The 3* property was indeed the Inn at Marina Del Rey--although the price had gone up to $103/nt by the time I booked it.

The price went down $2.00/nt after I booked it. But it still feels like a great value with that location, and the free parking & breakfast.
