Planning on public transportation to and from airport and around city and maybe rent a bike. That being said, would like to spend about $150/night. Was also told to stay west of I-5, but not sure that is possible with bidding. I have always been confused on the rebidding, so not sure whether to start at the 4* then go to 3.5* or the other way around. Will be traveling in 2 weeks, so have time. Thanks for any help.
