This listing hasn't been ID'd/reported to the board, but my guess is that the Wyndham Garden may have been downgraded to 2.5*.

We did end up at this spot  and it was the Wyndham Garden in San Diego.  It actually went up from $56 to $58 from when we initially searched to purchase.  Thanks, duke
