Not an exact match to previous reports, but my guess for this one would be a new amenity set for the Four Points.

These dates appear to overlap your Priceline Illinois trip... are the dates above correct, have you changed the dates of your previous trip request, do you need an additional room while still maintaining the room of your other trip, etc?
