Hotwire Hotel: 3* Hauppauge (Hauppauge-Commack) Hyatt Regency

Using Hotwire, I saw a 3* for $97 with the following amenities: Restaurant, Pool, Fitness Center, Spa Services, High-speed Internet Access, Golf Nearby, Tennis Nearby, Business Center. I thought I could do better with Priceline, so bid up to $82 at 3*, 2.5*, and 2* levels with no luck. Selected Bethpage-Melville, 3* and bid $95, then received a message to raise my bid by $22 and I would be successful, so went up to $106 and failed. Went down to 2.5* and $85, failed. Finally went to 2* and bid $70, no luck. Returned to the Hotwire page and won the Hyatt Regency Wind Watch and Hamlet Golf Club, one of the longest hotel names that I've ever seen. With taxes and fees, its $111.67. The prepaid rate on Hyatt.com was $169, so I was happy with the price. Placed my bids through Savingsbarn.com :)
