Priceline Hotel: London strategy

Hi,

I would like to book either the Hilton Metropole or Hilton Kensington for one night on 2 Nov.

I noticed that people have had success with these hotels previously at around $75.

Would anybody be able to suggest a strategy - this is my first time using priceline.

Also, does it matter that i'm from the UK and use the US priceline?

You can't be sure of getting either hotel. You could bid for a 4* hotel in your preferred zone(s), but there's no guarantee what you will get.
