carlosr
Stayed at the Holiday Inn Merchandise Mart in Chicago last weekend. Had gotten the room three weeks ago and called immediately to request non-smoking room. When I got there was told no; when you get a room through priceline you have no rights just what we give you. I was told if you do not like that, then reserve directly through us. After a long time in the front desk (about 20 minutes) I was finally given a non-smoking room. It has taken any desire of ever returning to that property. Link to comment
dahammer
can you please post the details of your win? Dates of travel, bidding history (was this your first offer), ammount of winning bid, star rating, etc. ? Link to comment
AaronJB
There's been a couple of reports I've read about the Holiday Inn MM providing bad Priceline service, which is unfortunate. The HI City Center a few miles away still gets better reviews. Link to comment
carlosr
I stayed there for the dates of November 4-6, 2005. The bid was $85 a night. This is my first bad experience of this natutre. Link to comment
