carlosr Posted November 9, 2005 Report Posted November 9, 2005 Stayed at the Holiday Inn Merchandise Mart in Chicago last weekend. Had gotten the room three weeks ago and called immediately to request non-smoking room. When I got there was told no; when you get a room through priceline you have no rights just what we give you. I was told if you do not like that, then reserve directly through us. After a long time in the front desk (about 20 minutes) I was finally given a non-smoking room. It has taken any desire of ever returning to that property.

AaronJB Posted November 9, 2005 Report Posted November 9, 2005 There's been a couple of reports I've read about the Holiday Inn MM providing bad Priceline service, which is unfortunate. The HI City Center a few miles away still gets better reviews.
