If the form to report your win is 'forcing' a specific property just hit the ESC key on your keyboard (top left corner) and you'll be able to type whatever it is that you'd like. As far as this win goes, I believe there may have been more amenities than you listed in your post, which would not have been seen unless you clicked the 'See all' link during the check-out process.
