Am going to bid all 4* zones except Rosen Shingle Creek zone;

hope to snag lowest 4* of all using (9) non-4* zones to rebid;

2/11-2/14 = 3 nights; maybe starting $35,38,40,42, etc.

(already stayed RosenSC, want something different, but is it

correct that typically RSC ~$60 is lowest 4* consistent win?)

Question: are there any known 4* without parking-resort-Internet fees? What zone?

Can there be BOTH parking AND resort fees AND Internet-in-room fees?

I don't know of any specific zones where at the 4* level you're more likely to find the free/included amenities... at the higher star levels in this region all the fees are becoming more and more common.

Before bidding you could try PRICELINE EXPRESS to see if anything there is listed with Free Parking and/or Free Internet (and within PRICELINE EXPRESS with the 'Summary of Charages' and resort fees will be listed within the breakdown of charges.
