I was watching this rate for two weeks and this was as low as I've seen a Friday night at the Wynn for any weekend in Feb-Mar. It had been as high as $180-190 even a couple days ago.

I also got a priceline winning bid at the Palazzo for the Saturday night (Feb 22nd) for $146 and the Vdara on HOTWIRE for $73/night from the Sun 23rd to Tuesday 25th. The average nightly rate was $111 for three 5*s. Switching hotels is not for everyone, but we've done it on our two previous Vegas trips and I think it results in better value if booked correctly, but more importantly a greater variety of experiences.
