AEmgee Posted November 8, 2005 Author Report Share Posted November 8, 2005 I called asking for a nonsmoking room and got the most rude person on the line, who told me that I was in a smoking room and that the hotel is very heavily booked with a group for my nights. Therefore, in the future I should book directly with Crowne Plaza instead of booking through Priceline! Link to comment
