I'm confused about this win. How can Ottawa Marriott Hotel be in Hull ( Ottawa). The hotel is located on the South side of the river and zone 4 Hull is clearly on the North side of the river?

The board format is:

Region_Name (Zone_Name) Hotel Name

If you go enter Ottawa, Canada into the search box on the top right corner of this page you'll see this above the zone names:

Choose more than one area in Ottawa, ON - Hull, QC to improve your chances.

So Ottawa-Hulll is the region and Ottawa is the zone.
