ewismer Posted October 26, 2005 Report Posted October 26, 2005 Tried to get 2.5* or 3* in any Fresno area. Bid up to $65, rejected. Started 2* Fresno at $40, rejected, added Fresno West at $45. Question, I saw that the Radisson Visalia was on the Priceline named hotel offerings, 3*, for $66. When I clicked on it, it said it was a federal gov't rate, ID required at check-in. Do they really check ID's, or could I have just purchased a room there for $66?Check-In Date: Wednesday, October 26, 2005 Check-Out Date: Thursday, October 27, 2005 Hotel Name: Crossland Fresno - West3460 West Shaw Avenue Fresno, California 93711 559-277-8700Summary of Charges Your Offer Price: $45.00 Number of Rooms: 1 Number of Nights: 1 Subtotal: $45.00 Taxes and Service Fees: $12.93 Total Charges: $57.93
bbbb Posted October 26, 2005 Report Posted October 26, 2005 They may not check but if they do you could end up paying full rack rate.
dave Posted October 26, 2005 Report Posted October 26, 2005 PL 2* doesn't seem to work well for Fresno. Rate on the Crossland site is $44.99 before tax.
