Hotwire Hotel: Question re Montreal Hotels

I was helping someone book a Montreal hotel with flexible dates at the end of November. When I plug in the dates 11/24 to 11/27, I get a 4 star hotel for $95 with the following amenities: Restaurant, fitness, and business. This is likely the Hyatt. But, when I plug in the dates 11/26 to 11/29, I get a 4 star hotel for $100 with the above amenities along with a swimming pool. Could this also be the HYatt, and the reason that the swimming pool appears is that after a certain date (e.g. 11/25) that amenity is added? Thanks for your help.

It could be the Hyatt (and Hotwire adding that amenity on some searches), but another scenario is that the property with the pool is the Inter-Continental, as that hotel has recently been downgraded from 4.5* to 4* and has the same amenities as listed above.

Let us know how it ultimately goes.

Either way, the Hyatt or Intercontinental are excellent properties in Montreal. Both are centrally located and have direct underground access to the Metro (Hyatt being on the Green Line while the Intercontinental is on the Orange.)
