Started at $40 and using free rebids worked my way up. At $50 got counter for $62, so I figured 55 or 56 would do it. closed browser and restarted several differnet sessions using your PRICELINE link until I won at $55. Seems like a good win. I see this hotel has free parking, but it not quite the central downtown core. Here are details:

We just discovered that the hotel has a complimentary shuttle (on demand during the day/scheduled in the evening) that runs on a continuous loop with various designated stops in the downtown core. This makes up for the less than ideal location.
