bazoak
My husband and I are going to NYC for the first time (November 29, Tuesday-December 2, Friday) We would love to stay in Midtown East or West. Hotel are in the high 300's to 600's. Would love to get something under 300. Do you think we could find something on Priceline. Very concerned with using priceline since i have never used it.I want something very clean and nice! thanks!!! Link to comment
thereuare
Welcome to BetterBidding!I would start by looking at the PRICELINE HOTEL LIST for this area.... are there any zones that you could be happy receiving any hotel at the 4* level? What about the 3* level? If you can answer "yes" to any zones than i would give Priceline a try... the more zones you add the better your chances of success will be; but i do think this is going to be a tough win regardless. As well, you could be the first to report a new hotel on the lists, but NYC is bid fairly frequently, especially at the 4* level, that i would think that the lists are failry 'complete', although upgrades and downgrades occur all the time.Let us know your thoughts on the above and we'll suggest a strategy if you'd like to move forward. thereuare
In addition to MTE and MTW, most also include the UM/CPS zone... is this 3rd zone ok with you or are you looking to avoid this area? thereuare
At the 4* level in NYC you have two re-bid zones avaiable.
