I looked it up on another site as I had never heard of it and it found it is the former Memphis Marriott. Priced at $89 on the transparent site.

Reviews on TripAdvisor ranged from a senior reviewer saying he loved it and one from a novice reviewer saying to stay away. One of the recent reviews says there is a complimentary breakfast that is not on the HW amenities list.
