Hotwire Hotel: Mission Valley - Hotel Circle area hotel San Diego 3* $90, which one?

I would like to search discount for horton grand hotel in san diego. But it's not listed on the hotwire nor priceline list in the forum.

Does it mean that i can't get low price of this hotel by this two website? Or maybe I didn't search it correctly?

Looking for advice.

If I can't book Horton on this two, I hope to find a 3* above hotel with less than 120USD per day in mission bay area, is that possibe? I was searching but the search was rejected.

Aug 10-14 I compared the hotel list of this website with the hotwire hotel facilities.

It seems that it's between double tree hotel circle & best western.

I'm not sure which one it's more likely to be?

Looking for advice. And how is the price $90 for these two hotel?
