Hotwire Hotel: Need help identifying marin county hotel

I tried a hotwire search for marin county and got a 3* for Mill Valley, Sausalito, and Tiburon. It is listed as a boutique hotel...could this be Aqua? or Mill valley inn? any help is much appreciated!

The dates are for 02/18/06-02/20/06.

The complete amenities list includes boutique hotel, complimentary breakfast, fitness center, golf nearby, and tennis nearby.

My best quess for this hotel is Acqua since the Expedia listing for this hotel lists the the use of nearby fitness center and also a fitness center on the premises.

This hotel has not yet been identified, but the Aqua and Mill Valley Inn would both be good guesses.

The Aqua participates with Expedia which would make them more likely to participate with Hotwire (same parent company), but it also has amenties not listed in the above amenitiy list (hi-speed internet, business center)... while the MVI doesn't have any extra amenities and is a little bit of a 'better fit' for what is shown (although the MVI doesn't have a fitness center on the premises, and such an icon is shown on Hotwire's description, the MVI does offer guests use of the nearby gym across the street from their property... not sure if this would allow them to display the fitness icon on Hotwire or not, as hotwire states "... fitness equipment availble for guest use..."

It's a toss up :)

Hopefully you'll be happy with either and it turns out to be one of the two.
