Historically, $45 is the low bid that gets 3* in Syracuse east and it's always the Embassy Suites or the Wyndham. I think (not absolutely sure) that I've tried $43 bids in the past and didn't get anything at that level. There are only two free rebids available and I definitely need the room for this wekeend so I didn't want to start too low. I bid a month or so ago for this same location and * level and had to inch my way up to $50 to get a room. Very pleased with this win and it's a good property. The usual suspects (Travelocity, Expedia etc.) showed nothing under $99 for these dates so who knows.... maybe just historically low occupancy for this particular pre-holiday weekend.Bid Summary:Your Offer Price: $43.00 Number of Rooms: 1 Number of Nights: 3 Subtotal: $129.00 Taxes: $13.08 Processing Fee: $5.95 Total Charges: $148.03
