When bidding on PRICELINE there is no way to target or guess at the hotel you will receive (as no clues or specific information about the hotel is provided before your purchase), you have to be able to accept any hotel in the zone at the star level (or higher) that you choose.

If you need to take a guess as to the hotel you may receive before your purchase HOTWIRE, or PRICELINE EXPRESS, can be a better (although slightly more expensive) option.

With the above noted, the Staybridge Suites and the Radisson are both 3* rated by PRICELINE and in this zone so either of these would be likely candidates among the possibilities, but there could be others as well.
