davidholbrook Posted May 28, 2013 Report Share Posted May 28, 2013 Post: Bid $68 for 4-star North York East (Toronto) property anticipating getting Westin Prince based upon Betterbidding info and intending to ratchet up by including areas of Toronto that don't have four star properties. Was told I had to increase by $11. As the prior win was at $77, and I was lazy, I just accepted the $79. Total with taxes and fees was US$97.65 all-in.Was offered ability to extend at the same rate before and after my dates. Link to comment
