It is a HUGE Weekend; Oracle World Conference begins today through at least the 21st. You will find that there is almost zero inventory, particularly in the 3 and 4* hotels. I tried for 2 weeks, big up to 210.00 for USE USW Embarcadero-no luck. Hotwire does not even show onw piece of inventory for these areas!

I reserved a room on the 21st at the Nob Hill Motor Inn. It's supposedly quite nice, though not four star. My price was $124.00. I was able to use priceline to get Marriott downtown for the 22 and 23.
