I'm sorry to say that a 3.5* property with this amenitie combo has not yet been reported/ID'd to the board.

But a guess would be The Dana on Mission Bay.

Based on info found on this website, we ended up booking in the Marina area rather than Mission Bay. Manchester Grand Hyatt for $117/night. Very happy about this!
