Hotwire Hotel: Hotwire hot Rates

I'm trying to secure a 3 star or better hotel in Santa Barbara, CA through Hotwire hot Rates (where the property name and address are withheld until after you've paid). I"ve had very good results with this site, but I'd still like to get a better sense of the property before I confirm.

Since there are always bidders who are buying hot Rates, if there were a forum for them to disclose which property they've confirmed, that would be a great service to the online community. It could be/would have to be categorized by date(s), stars, location and price (altough price can increase as inventory decreases).

I'd be happy to post my results on a forum, and if we get enough to participate, it would be a highly valuable service for the Hotwire hot Rates buying community.
