sorry, missed to enter the rates. i used the links already before. the condo was 75$, the hotel 82$.

For the 3* hotel my guess would be the Holiday Inn Express Grover Beach-Pismo Beach and for the 2.5* Condo it would be the Pacific Plaza Resort.
