Priceline Hotel: If breakfast on Hotwire ---> on Priceline, too?

Hello,

I'm considering getting Hotwire room in Europe (Rome), and complimentary breakfast is listed among the amenities. Does that mean that this hotel offers breakfast to Priceline guests, too (assuming the hotel participates in the Priceline system)?

What does your experience say, are Hotwire and Priceline guests treated equal or there is no such a rule?
