For this one I bid up $1 at a time from $60. A few times it said I could bid immediately at $91.

It seems that the really cheap rooms are in the days before New Year's Eve plus those before Christmas. Still much cheaper than in summer.

Here are my highest bids in other zones:

$75 3* in Cambridge East (bid immediately at $90, probably for the Marriott Cambridge)

$72 3* in Convention Center

$77 3.5* in Financial District

$77 3* in other downtown zones (Copely, Theater District)
