Priceline Hotel: 3.5* Milwaukee (Downtown) Hilton Milwaukee City Center

Heading back to Milwaukee and got the same hotel I won a month or two ago, which is fine for me. I was actually bidding on 3*, but was given this 3.5* location. Five bucks cheaper than the last bid too.
