I thought this was Hotel del Coronado but it says "near beach" not beachfront. Looking at 12/28 - 12/30 for $103/night.

My guess would be a new amenity set for the Paradise Point Resort and Spa. I'm not certain, but if you are interested in this property, i think there is a better way to play it.
