Hotwire Hotel: Help with Chillicothe Mo

I'm lookin to use priceline to bid on 2 rooms for November 30 in Chillicothe, MO and not end up with a Super 8. I appears this town has 2 Super 8s.

I go to hotwire and look there and they show both 1* star and 2* and it seems the price changes each time I check it and quite ofter the 1* is more than the 2*?

Can anyone shed some light on this and possibly some suggestions on how to avoid the Super 8s.

Unfortunately, no hotels have been reported to the board in this area. I'm only seeing one Super 8 (500 Business Hwy 36 East, Hwy 36 E & Mitchell St) in this area; if you are seeing two, what is the address of the second property? I'm seeing the Super 8 mentioned above as a 1* on PRICELINE, so I'd bid for a 2* if bidding. In terms of pricing, it's not uncommon to see a 2* less expensive than a 1* (or a 3* more expensive than a 4*, etc), as hotels price independently and do not take into consideration star rating. Please let us know if you have any questions before making a purchase.

I do think that the one star listing on HOTWIRE (which is showing a 3/5 tripadvisor rating on the detail page) is likely the Super 8 mentioned above.

As time gets closer I'll be using your PRICELINE link and try for the Comfort Inn.

What bothers me is that Super 8 show up as possibilities under both the 1* and the 2* when searching hotwire.

I'm not seeing the Super 8 come up as two different star ratings, but possibly looking at different dates. On the HOTWIRE discount side, my guess is that the 1* is the Super 8 due to the matching tripadvisor rating (and not too many hotels in the area.)
